Facebook fan pages are a great way to interact with your day to day users who also can become the champions for your brand. Unfortunately, it’s also a pretty open discussion so you’re likely to find a bunch of users who will preach about the problems associated with your company. As is usual, statistically speaking it’s normally the case that your biggest fans and your biggest enemies are those that are likely to speak out. Luckily, facebook makes it easy for you to control the visibility of those discussions with some of their settings. Note that disabling the ability for an open forum of communication about the brand may also stagnate the page.
